Who we are

VTI is a beta project operated by David Baba. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact hello@vozula.com.

What the waitlist collects

Joining the waitlist collects your email address, your answers to the optional questions shown after you join (if you answer any), the source and referral codes in the link you arrived by (if any), and the time you signed up. We use this to invite you when a spot opens, to understand who is interested in VTI, and to count where signups come from.

No confirmation email

During the beta, joining the waitlist does not send a confirmation email (no double opt-in). If someone else entered your email address, contact us and we'll delete it.

If you become a beta user

Once you have an account, we store your account details, profile, recordings, projects, and conversions. Account and project data is stored with Supabase (our database and sign-in provider); audio is stored with Cloudflare R2.

Feedback

Feedback you send from the in-app notepad is stored with the page you were on (not its full address) and the app version. If you choose anonymous, your account is not stored with it, so you can't see it again unless you shared it, or unshare it once shared; our providers' request logs still record that a signed-in request was made. Feedback you choose to share is visible to other signed-in testers, with your display name unless it is anonymous.

Model training

Recordings and conversions may be used to improve VTI's conversion models, unless you opt out. During the beta, opt out by emailing hello@vozula.com.

Analytics

We use product analytics and session replay (PostHog) and error reporting (Sentry) on the app. Analytics records an approximate location derived from your IP address; the IP address itself is not kept. Text typed into forms is masked in session replays.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of providers to run VTI: Vercel, Fly.io, Supabase, Cloudflare, PostHog, and Sentry, plus Replicate and RunPod for some conversions (your recording is sent to them only for the time it takes to render the take).

We don't sell your data

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Deletion and access

To request a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email hello@vozula.com. We'll act within 30 days. There is no self-serve deletion during the beta.

Children

VTI is not intended for children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. We'll email beta users about material changes.
